You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
If you change your mind or the product you have received does not meet your expectations, please email us at contact@bymaqu.com before returning the item.
You bear the costs for the return shipment, unless you have made an agreement with us.
In all cases of return of sales items, the return costs will not be refunded.
Please note that exceptions may apply to the return of certain custom-made products.
For returns outside the European Union: Customers may have to pay any customs duties and taxes for re-importation themselves. If these are charged to the supplier (Maqu) by the customs office when the goods are returned, we will deduct them from the value of the goods and refund only the difference.

As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a refund within 14 days. Please note that it can take up to 20 days for the return to reach us.
After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will ask your bank to initiate the refund. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
