You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
If you change your mind or the product you received does not meet your expectations, please email us at contact@bymaqu.com before returning the item.
You will bear the costs for the return shipment unless you have made an agreement with us.
In all cases of return of sale items, the return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please note that exceptions may apply to the return of certain custom items.
For returns outside the European Union: Customers may have to pay any customs duties and taxes for re-importation themselves. If these are charged to the supplier (Maqu) by the customs office when goods are returned, we will deduct them from the value of the goods and only refund the difference.
Please send us an e-mail or call us before returning the goods! We will be happy to assist you at any time.
Once we receive your return, you will receive a refund within 14 days. Please note that it may take up to 20 days for the return to reach us.
Once your return has been processed and approved by us, we will ask your bank to arrange the refund. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
