When you receive an order confirmation from us, your order is accepted and a purchase contract is concluded. We recommend that you keep the order confirmation for future contact with us. We may refuse an order for various reasons, e.g. if you provide incorrect personal details and/or a record of non-payment of debts exists against you.
All products ordered remain our property until we have received full payment from you.
The time we need to prepare an order for shipment varies. Details can be found under the individual items.
The processing time for custom-made pieces is 1 week.
The processing time for items in stock is 2 - 3 days.
Alpaca pieces made to order require a processing time of 1-2 weeks + the shipping time of the product. For faster delivery we have to charge extra. For further and customized information, please write to us at contact@bymaqu.com.
VAT is included in the total amount of your order (EU).
Delivery takes place after order confirmation:
to a delivery address in Germany within 3 days of ordering.
to a delivery address in other European countries within 7 days.
to a delivery address in other countries within 20 days.
The delivery deadlines are merely indicative of the seller's delivery service providers and do not constitute binding delivery dates.
