When you receive an order confirmation from us, your order is accepted and a purchase contract is concluded. We recommend that you keep the order confirmation for future contact with us. We may refuse an order for a number of reasons, for example, if you provide incorrect information about yourself and/or there is a record of non-payment of debts owed to them.
All ordered products remain our property until we have received full payment from them.
The time it takes us to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Please see the individual items for details.
The processing time for custom-made pieces is 1 week.
The processing time for pieces in stock is 2 - 3 days.
Made to order alpaca pieces requires a processing time of 1-2 weeks + the shipping time of the product. We have to charge extra for faster delivery. For further and individual information please write to us at contact@bymaqu.com.
VAT is included in the total amount of your order (EU).
After the order confirmation, the delivery takes place:
to a delivery address in Germany within 3 days after ordering.
to a delivery address in other European countries within 7 days.
to a delivery address in other countries within 20 days.
The delivery periods are merely indicative guidelines of the Seller's delivery service providers and do not constitute binding delivery dates.
